Who is Elliot Cadeau’s Brother? A Look at the Personal Life of Michigan Star

Elliot Cadeau is making waves at Michigan, as the No. 1 Wolverines dominated No. 16 Howard in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Ironically, Howard University is also the alma mater of popular Twitch streamer and tennis player Justin Cadeau, Elliot’s older brother.

The elder Cadeau brother went to Howard and played Division 1 tennis. He was named to the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Tennis All-Academic Team during the 2021-2022 season and studied political science. However, after leaving the school, he went on to become a popular streamer on Twitch, where he is known as Saucekill.

When Elliot entered the transfer portal from North Carolina and went to Michigan, he received a lot of backlash. His big brother Justin, however, had his back and defended his brother during one of his livestreams.

“I also think it’s really weird. The culture was weird. Like Midseason, the alumni are attacking Elliot, saying, ‘Oh, they need a new point guard.’ Midseason, by the way. Grown men who graduated from the school who don’t even play basketball anymore,” Justin said.

He also noted that the Tar Heels had a tough season and that Elliot was just a freshman at that time, yet the scrutiny was massive. Justin also took a shot at North Carolina’s coaching, saying they did not believe much in his younger brother.

As Saucekill, Justin has over 79.000 followers on Twitch. He is mostly seen as a variety streamer, engaging in chatting, music, IRL, and also gaming content on the platform. He has since stopped playing tennis and has now mostly focused on his streaming career.

Elliot Cadeau Is Playing Division I Basketball For No. 1 Seed Team Amid Disabilities

As for Elliot Cadeau himself, the Michigan guard seems to have found his home with the Wolverines, averaging 10 points, 2.5 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and one block per game. He is performing well despite being deaf in his left ear, something that has been affecting his daily life.

“[My disabilities] taught me that I can’t make any excuses about anything, and that hard work can overcome that,” he said. “It put a chip on my shoulder.”

In addition, Elliot Cadeau has an eye condition and is also managing asthma, which means he has plenty of limitations, but that has not stopped him from being one of the top point guards in college basketball today.
