The Gamecocks have a unique schedule for 2024. First, they host Sun Belt power Coastal Carolina before traveling to ACC Championship Game runner-up in 2023 Louisville. There is little reprieve after that with a road trip to MAC contender Eastern Michigan on the docket before the midway point of September.
Southern Miss comes to town before a bye week sees Jacksonville State travel to Kennesaw State and a Friday night date with an old foe.

A consecutive slate of Wednesday midweek games against New Mexico State, Middle Tennessee, and Liberty headline the middle of JSU’s schedule. But in reality, the Gamecocks are hopeful that their season comes down to a potentially pivotal regular-season finale against WKU on November 30.
The 20th annual Conference USA Championship Game will feature the top two finishers in conference play and is set to be played on Friday, December 6. CBS Sports Network will broadcast the CUSA Championship Game.
