What Does LIV Golf Side Korean GC’s New Logo Mean? Real Cultural Meaning Explored

LIV Golf’s Iron Heads GC is now history and has been rebranded as Korean GC for the 2026 season. The announcement was made by the official page on Monday, January 12.

With the rebranding, Korean GC has introduced a new logo featuring prominent cultural symbols of South Korea. The logo includes a White Tiger (Baekho) which is considered a protector and guardian in Korean folklore. The logo also has Korea’s national flower known as Rose of Sharon.

Korean GC’s General Manager Martin Kim said they were inspired by the energy of thousands of young fans.

“Our tagline ‘Welcome to the club’ is reflective of the opportunity we saw to create a new space for young fans showing up. KGC is a brand that stands for the golf movement in Korea and Koreans around the world. We’re all beyond excited,” Kim said in an official statement.
