Lexi Thompson is enjoying a time away from the greens ahead of the start of the new LPGA Tour season. She has semi-retired from the game and only plays in limited tournaments. Last season, she competed in 13 tournaments and made the cut in nine of them.
Away from the field, Thompson is preparing for her wedding these days. Earlier this week, she also shared a few pictures from her bachelorette party on her Instagram account with a caption:
    “Fort Lauderdale didn’t disappoint.”

Thompson glammed up for the outing in a stunning body-fit white short dress. It was a shiny dress paired with white sandals. She added another snap of her wearing a “bride to be” sash.
She wore a white T-shirt and matching shorts and posed on a yacht with water in the background. She added another snap, posing by the side of the decoration with the “wife of the party” decoration on the wall. She wore a white dress and matching sandals.

Lexi Thompson Joins the Field of WTGL

TMRW Sports announced the inaugural edition of the WTGL series featuring LPGA Tour players earlier this week. Lexi Thompson is included in the league in addition to Brooke Henderson, Charley Hull, Jeeno Thitikul, and Lydia Ko.
TMRW Sports founder and CEO Mike McCartney opened up about the new league.
“WTGL will be a global stage to showcase LPGA stars, and this first wave of committed players represents that opportunity with some of the world’s best,” McCarley said (via PGA Tour). “These players will thrive in WTGL’s competitive environment as fans will witness their skill and connect more deeply with their personalities through the unprecedented access the league delivers with every player mic’d in the modern match play team format.”

In the last season, Lexi Thompson was impressive with her performances and is looking forward to the new season. She made the cut in nine events last season and recorded two finishes in the top 10.
She started the last season at the Founders Cup with a T13 place, where she played four rounds of 69, 69, 67, and 70. She was impressive at the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give and settled in a tie for fourth place. She then recorded a solo second place at the Dow Championship.
