The LIV Golf Adelaide is currently underway at the Grange East Course, and Bryson DeChambeau has been in terrific form so far. After three rounds, the golfer is tied for the lead with Jon Rahm, as they both have a total score of 19 under par. Despite the fact that the two of them are at the top, Anthony Kim, who is currently third on the leaderboard with a total score of 14 under par, has been generating headlines as well.

Bryson DeChambeau discussed Kim’s great performance in the tournament during Round 3’s post-round press conference. The YouTuber there noted that Kim’s comeback story is such a big deal since he was away from the world for so many years, then returned to find a lot of difficulties in the game, but fought hard, and now he has made a significant impact in his 2026 season. According to an X post by Flushing It Golf, DeChambeau said,

“What an incredible story, first off. Going from the lowest of lows, almost moving away from this earth, and then coming back and really taking accountability and raising his little girl and being a family man and being 1 percent better every day. It’s an inspiring story that I think honestly should have a lot more media attention than it does. It deserves that.”

While discussing Kim, Bryson DeChambeau also praised LIV Golf, noting that the circuit is definitely providing some great opportunities for golfers. DeChambeau added that LIV not only provides opportunities but also gives hope to other players wanting to make a return in their lives. Aside from that, the golfer spoke about Anthony Kim’s talent and how he values it.

Following his appreciation for Anthony Kim’s comeback story, Bryson DeChambeau praised his talent, noting that the 40-year-old is clearly improving significantly. DeChambeau also discussed how he plans to play with Kim in the last round of the LIV Golf Adelaide and how, despite having never played with Kim before, he is excited to do so. In the same X post by Flushing It Golf, DeChambeau said,

“My hats off to him for doing everything he’s doing, working as hard as he has to get back. He’s an incredible talent, obviously; we know that. He’s starting to show it, and for him to be in the final group will be fun. I actually haven’t played with him yet, so it’ll be fun to see how he golfs his ball.”

Anthony Kim, Bryson DeChambeau, and Jon Rahm will be in tee group 3 in Round 4 of the LIV Golf Adelaide, as they begin their round at Hole 1. The course has been very favorable to the golfers thus far, and the leaderboard may yet shift either way during the final round.
