The Big 12 Conference has officially announced that the Colorado Buffaloes will be playing two of their 2025 football games on Fridays before what was scheduled.
Previously, their games against teams like Georgia Tech and Houston were held on Saturdays, but now they’ve been shifted to Fridays.
These matches will be considered the fourth and fifth Friday games that Coach Deion Sanders will be leading for the Colorado match.
Colorado Buffaloes to Play Two Friday Games in 2025 Football Season:
As already mentioned, the Colorado Buffaloes’ games against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and the Houston Cougars are now shifted from Saturday to Friday night.
Therefore, their season opener in rivalry with Georgia Tech will officially begin on Friday, August 29.
Moreover, one more match against the team Houston has now been postponed from Saturday, September 13 to Friday, September 12.
Furthermore, under the coaching of Head Coach Deion Sanders, the team has already played on Fridays previously.
They have played three times before, winning one game against Oklahoma State and losing the other two against Stanford and Washington State.
