Bryant Vincent enters his inaugural season as head coach of the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks in 2024 and is looking to lead the program to their first winning season since 2012. The program fired Terry Bowden after a 2-10 finish in 2023 when they failed to win an inter-conference game.
Replacing Terry Boden, who was fired after a 2-10 finish with zero Sun Belt wins last fall, what is Vincent’s salary, contract, and net worth in 2024?
Bryant Vincent’s Salary and Contract in 2024
Vincent signed a contract with Louisiana-Monroe to take over as head coach on December 5, 2024, but the deal’s details have not been made public. However, as a public school, details should emerge after the 2024 season.
His predecessor, Bowden, was paid a base salary of $360,000 — along with several performance incentives — and Vincent’s deal is expected to be in the same ballpark.
Director of Athletics John Hartwell introduced ULM’s new head coach by saying, “Coach Vincent is bringing passion, positivity, and a proven plan to guide our football program to levels of success we have not seen since becoming an FBS program.”
“He is a relationship guy, and that will resonate with our student-athletes, prospective recruits, his coaching staff, the University, Northeast Louisiana, and all of Warhawk Nation.”
Vincent also spoke about his pride in leading the Warhawks. “I am beyond excited and honored to be the Head Football Coach at Louisiana-Monroe.”
“I am confident, with the leadership and vision of President Dr. Ron Berry and Hartwell, that we will build a championship program. Now is the time for the Warhawk family to all come together as one.”
Louisiana-Monroe is Vincent’s first official head coaching role, having served as interim head coach of UAB in 2022. That season, UAB finished with a winning record of 7-6 and won the Bahamas Bowl, defeating the Miami (OH) RedHawks.
Vincent was most recently the offensive coordinator with New Mexico in 2023.
Vincent’s Net Worth
Vincent’s net worth is currently unknown. However, USA Today’s Salary Tracker estimates that the Warhawks’ HC has earned over $2.3 million in annual salaries since 2012.
The figure represents coaching roles with New Mexico (2023), UAB (2014 and 2018-2022), and South Alabama (2012-2013 and 2015-2017).

However, Vincent’s career began in 1996 as a student assistant at West Alabama. The Warhawks HC then coached high school football until he entered the college ranks as a tight ends coach at South Alabama in 2011.
