Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders and his daughter Shelomi got into a banter with each other on a FaceTime call. In the latest post from Sanders, he released a set of videos where he and Shelomi were arguing over the 22-year-old’s birthday week that went wrong.
Shelomi revealed her father took her to New York for a VR launch during her birthday week. It seems Deion, who is worth $60 million (via Celebrity Net Worth), promised her that he would go shopping with her, but the head coach failed to live up to the bargain.
“It was my birthday trip, and you got mad at me because I didn’t want to take one picture showing my teeth,” Shelomi said on FaceTime. “And you’re like, ‘Alright’. And for the rest of the trip, us shopping was just Shedeur shopping.”
Deion quickly refuted, saying he never took her to New York. This left Shelomi ‘sad’ as she added that she has an eyewitness in Shedeur Sanders. Shelomi also sent photos to Deion from the trip.
Deion was left with no argument once the photos came in. Seeing this, Shelomi tried to pounce on the opportunity by asking the head coach to send her some extra money for shopping. Instead, the head coach, as if the phone connection had gone bad, ended the call.
Shelomi seems upset by Deion’s actions as she reshared the same video on her Instagram stories and made her demands clear to Coach Prime. She wrote:
“Bouta make a petition to take me on a shopping spree anywhere BUT Nike to make up for it at this point.”

Shelomi Sanders Makes Deion Sanders Proud After Graduating From Alabama A&M
Shelomi Sanders made Deion Sanders proud after officially graduating from Alabama A&M University in May. Being a proud father, Sanders attended Shelomi’s graduation ceremony at Alabama A&M University on May 8.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Sports Management. She becomes the second Sanders to graduate from an HBCU, joining her brother, Shilo Sanders. Her brother, Shedeur Sanders, also heaped praise on her sister for this milestone.
Shelomi played college basketball at Jackson State University and the University of Colorado Boulder. In search of better opportunities, she took a transfer to Alabama A&M, which at the time didn’t sit right with the Buffaloes’ head coach. She spent two seasons playing basketball there before transferring to Colorado State University Pueblo.
