Where Will Jihaad Campbell, Tyler Booker, and Others End Up?

Starting with Campbell, ESPN analyst Mel Kiper Jr. has him ranked as one of his best linebackers in the draft.

The Indianapolis Colts have a large need at inside linebacker, and Campbell fits the bill as one of the nation’s best sideline-to-sideline defensive players. After turning in an All-SEC season that saw him record 119 total tackles and five sacks, don’t be surprised if the Colts take a chance on him at pick No. 14 overall.

On offense, Tyler Booker has been rated as one of the draft’s best offensive linemen. The 20-year-old offensive guard earned All-American honors this past season protecting quarterback Jalen Milroe. Standing at 6-foot-5 and weighing 325 pounds, he is one of the biggest players at his position in this draft.

A team such as the Arizona Cardinals at pick No. 16 overall could take a step up if they make one more splash addition on the offensive line, and that pick could be Booker.

Alabama Players Who Could Go After Round One

After the aforementioned players are picked, it could get very interesting for the Tide.

Quarterback Jalen Milroe might be the best dual-threat passer in the draft, but teams could be a little wary of his value. Could he be the next Cam Newton, or is he more like Tim Tebow? This makes him more of a second-round candidate, and perhaps a team like the Pittsburgh Steelers or Baltimore Ravens could look to select him as a developmental player on a good team.

Center Parker Brailsford will be another one to watch as he was an all-conference player at Washington for head coach Kalen DeBoer before he moved on to Tuscaloosa. Despite being a little undersized (290 pounds), he has the talent and traits to be a quality NFL center for years to come.

A team like the Green Bay Packers, who parted ways with their starting center in Josh Myers this offseason, could be a suitor for Brailsford.
