2023 All-Transfer Portal College Football Team and Individual Honors

The CFN 2023 All-Transfer Portal College Football Team celebrates the best performing players who transferred to a new team for the 2023 season.

The college football transfer portal has become an integral tool for roster construction. In the 2023 season, 20.5% of the 133 FBS rosters were made up of players pulled out of the portal. Some may condemn this, but we would rather celebrate it.
