Back in December 2024, an Angel Reese podcast interview went viral when the Chicago Sky forward had an interesting exchange with her guest Speedy Morman. During their interview, the on-camera host stubbornly refused to answer Reese’s questions about his love life. In promoting the podcast episode, Reese claimed that she “literally almost kicked” Morman off her “Unapologetically Angel” set.

This week, Morman made another appearance on Reese’s podcast, and controversy ensued once again. At one point, the conversation turned towards Morman’s love life again, with Reese claiming that she was trying to help Morman find a girlfriend. However, Reese claimed that she drew a line when it comes to her assistance in this regard.

“I don’t want my friends or anybody I know with a quality of a man like you sometimes.”

Morman, taken aback by Angel Reese’s comment, fired back at the two-time WNBA All-Star.

“I don’t even know what you mean by that, but Imma take it as disrespect.”

Reese went on to compare Morman to a piece of jewelry that is shiny on the outside but weak on the inside. Morman, brushing off this analogy, responded by thanking Reese for the perceived compliment to his physical appearance.

For better or for worse, this exchange between Reese and Morman is likely to go viral because of their not-so-subtle war of words.

“What a Game”: Angel Reese Reacts to LSU’s Thriller Against Duke in Sweet 16

Meanwhile, Angel Reese remains highly invested in her alma mater’s trajectory in the NCAA tournament. On Friday, Reese reacted to LSU’s thrilling game against Duke in the Sweet 16 of this year’s March Madness.

    “What a game.”

Reese, however, had to watch Duke’s Ashlon Jackson sinking a buzzer-beating three to pull off the 87-85 victory over the Tigers. Jackson got the shot to go after LSU star Flau’Jae Jackson closed out too hard on her from beyond the arc.
