The 2026 WNBA draft takes place on April 13, and Caitlin Clark fans can’t wait to see which young prospect will join the Indiana Fever this season. The Fever will be picking 10th in the first round, and in a loaded class, it appears that the team will have a number of interesting options to choose from.

For some fans, though, UCLA’s Gianna Kneepkens is the player to select at no. 10. A senior guard who spent of portion of her college years in Utah, Kneepkens is an efficient scorer who has shown readiness for the next level.

Interestingly, none of these on-court attributes is the factor convincing fans that Kneepkens is a keeper. Rather, it’s her response to a question posed by the March Madness social media team: “What can you give a 10-minute presentation on?” Kneepkens gave a fascinating reply to this question.

“What chocolate chip cookie consistency is the best, and how to make it the best”

Caitlin Clark fans, of course, will remember that the two-time WNBA All-Star professed her love for chocolate chip cookies when she complimented LeBron James’ “greatness” for giving up that snack.

On that silly note, a number of fans clamored for the Fever to draft Kneepkens on April 13. Other fans, meanwhile, took the joke a step further.

    “she’s hired!”

“Chocolate chip cookies you say Gianna?”

“Could she be any more Caitlin coded”

“I wanna hear about the chocolate chip cookies”

“I will be devastated if she goes before 10”

“Gianna needs to give her stance on choc chip cookie consistency before we let her give a presentation.”

Baking skills aside, Kneepkens could add more shooting to a Fever backcourt that already boasts the firepower of Caitlin Clark.

“We Share the Same Agent”: 3x NBA MVP Reacts to Caitlin Clark’s “Favorite Player” Compliment

Meanwhile, no less than a three-time NBA MVP happened to be messing with Caitlin Clark with his recent comments.

When Clark rejoined the “NBA on NBC” panel, she called Nikola Jokic her “favorite player,” praising his penchant for getting triple-doubles. Jokic later reacted to Clark’s compliment with a lighthearted remark.

“We have the same agent. That’s why she said it.”

Nevertheless, Clark (who knows a thing or two about breaking statistical records) sounded sincere with her praise for the Joker.
