The Las Vegas Aces will play the second night of a back-to-back, taking on the Los Angeles Sparks at the Crypto.com Arena on Sunday.
The Aces dropped their first game of the season on Saturday against the Phoenix Mercury, losing 99-66. A’ja Wilson led the scoring for the team, finishing with 19 points, four rebounds and four assists. Jackie Young recorded 12 points, six rebounds and three assists.
Sunday’s matchup will be the Sparks’ first game of the season. It has been an eventful summer for Los Angeles, seeing the return of Nneka Ogwumike. The Sparks also bolstered their roster with the additions of Ariel Atkins and Ta’Niya Latson.
It wasn’t all pleasant for the fans as many criticized the team’s decision to trade Rickea Jackson to the Chicago Sky.
