Fans placed blame on Angel Reese for Rose BC’s early exit in the 2026 Unrivaled playoffs after the team fell to Paige Bueckers’ Breeze BC, 69-50, in the quarterfinals.
Reese was not initially part of the 2026 Unrivaled campaign, but on Feb. 11, the league revealed that she would be joining Rose BC.
She averaged 13.0 points and 10.3 rebounds during her stint and finished with 10 points and seven boards in nearly 14 minutes against Breeze BC, yet she still faced backlash from fans.
”Haha angel Reese ruined this team,” one fan said.
“Angel can’t sit in the paint with shooters,” another said.
“Remember when we were told Reese would be the difference maker. Rose were 1-3 in Reese games,” another commented.
