The beginning of Wimbledon has witnessed a stylish twist as Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic, and Taylor Fritz have decided to follow Naomi Osaka and make a fashion statement of their own on the courts of the All England Club with a signature take on the traditional white dress code. The stars decided to up the game in the men’s fashion landscape at Wimbledon with custom white outfits of their own.

Jannik Sinner walked into Wimbledon’s Centre Court for his first-round match against Miomir Kecmanovic wearing a custom-made Nike Radical Airflow jacket. According to the social media post of a writer, the outfit was designed with slick precision that used open-hole construction to make it more breathable.

Next up was Novak Djokovic, who stepped into Wimbledon for the 21st time in his professional career to face his first-round opponent Wu Yibing, whom the Serb managed to defeat in a grueling four-setter.

The Serb walked in wearing a custom Lacoste jacket with an inspirational quote stitched into the interior of the chest pocket. As per an X account, here’s what the message says:

“A hero is not the one who beats,
but the one who endures injustice
    and forgives.”

Taylor Fritz made his 10th Wimbledon appearance, walking through the players’ tunnel draped in a white Hugo Boss suit that has evoked the timeless elegance of Roger Federer’s Wimbledon style.

While the trio has brought their own interpretation of style to Wimbledon, the fashion stage at the All-England Club was set by Naomi Osaka yesterday when she walked in draped in a Japanese-themed outfit. Since then, other players have also stepped out with their signature outfits, and it remains to be seen how many more fashion statements we will see as the Grand Slam tournament progresses.

    Naomi Osaka’s Japanese-Themed Wimbledon Appearance

Naomi Osaka is known for her fashionable appearances during big events, and the Grand Slam title winner did not disappoint yesterday at Wimbledon. She showed up wearing a customized all-white Japanese-style outfit, inspired by the kimono.

Osaka worked with Tokyo-based designer Hana Yagi, who made sure that the dress had the subtle Japanese-inspired detailing.

The former US Open champion has always been vocal about displaying her fashion to the fullest, as she believes that it goes beyond aesthetics and serves as a form of self-expression.

Naomi Osaka began her 2026 Wimbledon campaign by defeating Elsa Jacquemot in straight sets and will face Anastasia Gasanova in the second round.
