“Biggest Fraud Of All Time” – Emma Raducanu Brutally Called Out By Fans After Back-To-Back Withdrawals With Linz Open Decision

Emma Raducanu has withdrawn from the 2026 Linz Open due to illness. Raducanu is recovering from a viral infection from February and battling post-viral symptoms.

The illness had already forced her to miss the Miami Open and also skip the Billie Jean King Cup qualifier. The British tennis player is targeting a return at the Madrid Open, which takes place late April, giving her enough time to recover fully.

Fans shared unsettling reactions to the latest withdrawal, throwing sarcastic remarks based on the fact that Raducanu was hiking mountains after her Indian Wells Masters third-round exit at the hands of Amanda Anisimova.

“at this point, the biggest fraud of all time on the WTA Tour. She was pictured off hiking in the mountains after Indian Wells. Must be still on holiday,” one fan wrote.

“Poor girl seems to spend more time not playing,” one fan commented.

“She pulls out more than a Catholic priest on Sunday,” another added.

“Just give up playing, won 1 major now lives on it as attitude is crap,” another reacted.

“Again wow who’s not suprised,” one fan remarked. “The only illness Emma Raducanu is suffer is “conference” since winning her one & only slam, she tried to be someone she isn’t “a top 500 tennis player, the hype from media to keep her relevant dont help her either only ever been & will be average.”

“She pulls out more than a magician,” one fan added.

    “Not unexpected tbh,” another added.

Former Wimbledon Semi-Finalist Shares What Emma Raducanu Needs To Do To Get Back On Top

Emma Raducanu won the 2021 US Open, but her career has fallen through the cracks ever since. Her inconsistent results over the last two years, on top of frequent coaching changes, have made her a subject of discussion among tennis analysts as many suggest what she needs to do to get back on top.

Among them is former British number one and four-time Wimbledon semi-finalist Tim Henman, who shared on Sky Sports about Raducanu’s need to work on her fitness.

“It was highlighted in a match against Amanda Anisimova,” Henman said. “She’s never going to be as big a ball striker as Anisimova, and the physicality that she brings to the court is obviously intimidating, as these top players are. But that’s where I think Raducanu needs to be physically stronger. She needs more physical resilience so she doesn’t get the little injuries that keep her off the court. They stop her building momentum on the match court.

“You can still do a lot of physical work on the court, whether it’s two-on-one when you’re hitting and moving and building up that physical resilience to get stronger, to get faster, to hit the ball harder and to serve bigger. If I could pinpoint one area, it would most definitely be fitness.”

It remains to be seen how Raducanu fares on her return for clay-court season.
