Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo are officially parents, and warm wishes have poured in from across the sports and entertainment world. On Sunday, the couple posted a joint Instagram post, announcing the arrival of their daughter, whom they named “Colette Annalise McCaffrey.”
The Instagram post featured black and white pictures shortly after Culpo gave birth to their daughter in the hospital. A black-and-white hospital photo showed a glowing Olivia cradling their newborn while Christian leaned in with forehead to forehead. They named their daughter, Colette Annalise McCaffrey.
Shortly after the announcement, Stanford football also made their way into the comments section to congratulate their former alum, McCaffrey and his wife, Culpo. The program is already looking to host their daughter in 2047.
“Stanford class of 2047, here she comes! Congrats to Mom and Dad ❤️🌲” the program wrote.
McCaffrey played for the Cardinal from 2014 to 2016, becoming one of college football’s most electrifying players and a Heisman Trophy finalist. Maybe some day baby McCaffrey will follow the footsteps of his father and enroll in Stanford.
Messages from across the NFL world flooded the comments section of the post.

Olivia Culpo felt at ease shortly after the San Francisco 49ers running back came to her following the birth of their daughter via C-section. She posted an Instagram story, highlighting the same.
“The scariest and most rewarding of all experiences,” Culpo wrote. “As soon as he came into the room I felt most at peace. Look at the grip.”

Culpo and McCaffrey first announced their pregnancy in March.
“I’m so excited and grateful to be pregnant. I’ve been dreaming of this for a long time,” she said in March via People. “It’s very special.”
She also spoke about McCaffrey as her father.
“He’s so excited,” she added. “I think he’s gonna really enjoy it and be just the best.”
McCaffrey has some off time available to spend quality time with his daughter before training camp begins for the 2025 NFL season.
