Texas Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian has a critical game on Saturday against the No. 9-ranked Vanderbilt Commodores. If they lose the game, it will likely end their hopes of qualifying for the College Football Playoff. Knowing it is an important game, Steve Sarkisian’s wife, Loreal, put on her best outfit for the game.

Loreal posted on Instagram shortly after the start of the game, showcasing her outfit. She wore a glamorous denim jumpsuit with gold details.

“It Feels Good to be Back in DKR 🤘🏽 Happy Game Day XOLO,” Loreal Sarkisian wrote.

Steve and Loreal Sarkisian have been married for a little over five years. They got married on June 29, 2020. At the time, Sarkisian was the offensive coordinator for the Alabama Crimson Tide. However, he did not stay in that position for much longer as he was hired as the head coach of the Texas Longhorns on Jan. 2, 2021.

Steve Sarkisian’s Texas Longhorns Get Off to a Hot Start Against Vanderbilt with Loreal Sarkisian in Attendance

The game on Saturday is an important one for Texas. After dropping games to Ohio State and Oklahoma earlier in the season, the Longhorns have no wiggle room left. Another loss would likely mean the end of their chances to qualify for the College Football Playoff.

With Loreal Sarkisian in attendance, Steve Sarkisian’s squad got off to a hot start against Vanderbilt. After the first quarter, the Longhorns had a huge 17-0 lead. Texas scored a TD on the first play of the game, a 75-yard TD pass from QB Arch Manning to WR Ryan Wingo.

Vanderbilt then fumbled the ball on their first offensive possession of the game. The Longhorns capitalized by scoring a field goal on their next drive. Then, after the Commodores punted after just six plays, the Longhorns had a 10-play TD drive to take a 17-0 lead.

Arch Manning was particularly impressive in the first quarter, completing eight of 11 passing attempts for 144 yards and two TDs. He will need to continue that play for the rest of the season if the Longhorns are going to qualify for the College Football Playoff. They have a challenging schedule to finish the season.
