Deion Sanders recently made the headlines after he admitted he wanted to pay a visit to Browns head coach Todd Monken, not as a dad but as a coach, and discuss ways in which he can help Shedeur get better.
Analyst Jay Crawford spoke about Deion wanting to meet Monken and said that it feels like Coach Prime is trying to insert himself in the Browns’ circle because he is the parent of one of the players.

Crawford then highlighted that he doesn’t know if Monken would set up a meeting with Deion but added that he can’t fix a meeting with all the parents.
The analyst then went back to the warning he gave to the teams, which said that if they draft Shedeur, they’d also be drafting the circus that comes around him, and added that Deion wanting to meet Monken is what he was talking about.

Analyst recalls Deion Sanders’ comments that might’ve led to the Draft slide
Shedeur Sanders’ NFL Draft slide has been one of the most controversial ones in the past few years, as while he was projected to be among the top 10 picks, he ended up sliding to the 5th round.
Many fans and analysts blamed Deion Sanders for playing a part in Shedeur’s draft slide, as many coaches allegedly saw him as a threat.
Analyst Mike Florio recalled how Coach Prime said during the NFL Draft that the only reason he would coach in the league would be for his sons, which lit the fuse and made the coaches think that if they picked Shedeur, Deion would come for their jobs.
