Will Campbell Contract: How Much Does Patriots Rookie Make?

New England Patriots offensive tackle Will Campbell is making sure his franchise is getting its money’s worth with him, as he looks to help his team win the most important game of the year. On Sunday, Feb. 8, Campbell and the rest of coach Mike Vrabel’s Patriots team is duking it out against Mike Macdonald’s Seattle Seahawks in the winner-take-all Super Bowl LX game on neutral territory, Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

As it stands, Campbell is currently on a four-year, $43.7 million contract with the Patriots, which he signed last June. The contract is fully guaranteed and includes a $28.39 million signing bonus. It also contains a fifth-year option for his team to continue with him and extend the said contract.

Campbell was selected with the fourth overall pick in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. Since he was at least a top-five pick, he garnered all of the aforementioned benefits, and they were offered to him by the higher-ups of the Patriots franchise themselves. He has been the starting left offensive tackle for his team’s offensive line throughout the season, and is set to continue for the coming years.

Before signing the contract with the New England-based franchise, Campbell spent his college football tenure with former coach Lane Kiffin’s LSU Tigers. The 22-year-old spent three years in college, from 2022 to 2024, all of which he spent with the Louisiana-based program. He decided to forego his remaining years of collegiate eligibility ahead of the 2025 campaign and declare for that year’s NFL Draft.

Will Campbell Was In Tears Of Joy When He Was Selected By The New England Patriots

Campbell was asked how it feels to be selected by a team like the Patriots, and he could not hold back his tears of joy when he took a moment to soak everything in. Months later, he was rewarded with the aforementioned four-year contract.

“All the hard work, I’ve worked my entire life to be up here and get my name called by a franchise like New England, it means everything to me…I’m gonna fight and die to protect them with everything I got,” Campbell said.
