Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce hosted around 1,000 guests at their grand wedding on July 3 at Madison Square Garden. The wedding has been one of the year’s most hyped up events, which is why the couple went to great lengths to keep their special day private despite having a huge guest list.
Many guests have spoken about receiving their invites after following a few steps, and that each invite was watermarked with the guest’s name, so if anyone leaked the invite, they would be caught. According to reports, Swift and Kelce also made their guests sign an NDA, which is apparently why most have refrained from sharing any details about the event.
James and Florence from “The Forum Media Network” discussed the alleged NDA on their podcast on Friday. They quoted several media reports surrounding the NDA. Page Six claimed Kelce and Swift’s “inner circle” members were exempted from signing it. Another report from the publication stated that several MSG workers were kicked out of the venue.
“Inner circle of the people, her best friends and her family didn’t have to do an NDA. Also, at the start of the ceremony, several workers were escorted out of the building because they had signed an NDA and were taking photos. They took photos of the food, and if they took photos in any way, they were escorted out,” James said.
“I am sorry, this is just ridiculous,” JL Rothstein, a published author known for her “Heaven Sent” series, replied.
According to a TMZ report, those violating the NDA didn’t include a monetary penalty.
“On the NDA, it says they may not include monetary damages. But you are told that if you breach this agreement, you would face public shaming. An invitation to anything with her and you would permanently lose her friendship and trust,” James said.
“This is evil stuff. That is evil,” Rothstein, who was a guest on the show, said.
Niecy Nash Describes Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Wedding
Popular TV actress Niecy Nash spoke about her experience of attending Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s wedding on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Thursday.
Nash described the event as “so good.”
“They had a lot of games. You can play a game, and when you get a ticket for the game you played, you put it in the bucket and figure out that you can win the prizes that are given away at the end. So, that part was lovely,” she added.
Explaining why she hasn’t spoken about the wedding so much, Nash said the wedding was a “top secret” and added that she was only speaking about it now because there are a lot of details available online.
