The NFL has revealed that the Los Angeles Rams and the Green Bay Packers will play each other during the Thanksgiving Eve slot of the 2026 season. The game will air on Netflix, so it won’t be considered the Thursday Night Football encounter of that week of the season. The game is set to start at 5 pm Los Angeles time and will be played at SoFi Stadium.
The game is set to kick off the encounters of Week 12 of the NFL 2026 season, including the tripleheader of Thanksgiving Eve and the Black Friday game. Both teams come from three straight postseason runs.
The Rams are coming from a 12-5 campaign in whicht they made it all the way to the NFC Championship, while the Packers a 9-7-1 year in which they reached the Wild Card round.

As usual, the NFL has slowly “leaked” the details of the key games of the upcoming season, which gives fans a glimpse into how the league schedule will look like. So far 12 games have, with the vast majority being games of the international series. The 2026 season will have games being played in Mexico, Brazil, the UK, Spain, France and Germany.
