Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo are among the most celebrated couples in the NFL. The two tied the knot on June 9, 2024, in a private Rhode Island ceremony.
The 49ers star started dating Culpo in 2019, after the two met in an uncommon way: a blind date.
The couple is blessed with a baby girl named Colette Annalise McCaffery, who was born in July 2025, and they also have another kid on the way.
On the special occasion of Father’s Day, Culpo penned a heartfelt message for the 49ers star, accompanied by a montage of their beautiful moments together.
“Happy first Father’s Day to my amazing husband!!!!! My greatest gift is knowing our children get to grow up with you as their dad. The way you love, lead, protect, and show up for our family every single day is more than I could have ever hoped for I love seeing a piece of you in her and a piece of her in you every day. Life is so beautiful and I’m just so thankful,” Culpo wrote.
Olivia Culpo Heaps Praise on 49ers Star Christian McCaffrey
In an interview with OK! Magazine in February 2026, Culpo opened up about how happy she is with the 49ers star and said she always knew he would be a good dad because he has always been a good person.
Culpo added that nothing could’ve prepared her for the love a child has for their father, calling it a special thing to see.
“I’m also seeing my daughter fall in love with someone who will be her biggest protector for her whole life,” Culpo said. “It’s so fun. Every day is so different, so I try not to get ahead of myself, but I absolutely love it, and she’s such a joy,” she continues. “She makes everything more fun for everyone, and I’m just excited to watch her grow and create new memories as a family. I’m really excited and looking forward to what the future will hold — and seeing the world through her eyes.”
On the 49ers star’s 30th birthday, Culpo called him “the best husband, the best father, and the kind of person who makes everyone around him want to be better,” while adding that her being able to share this life with him is something she’ll never take for granted.
McCaffrey got down on one knee on 4th February, 2023, with a beautiful diamond ring.
