Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding is projected to be the social event of the century as the two stars of their own worlds gear up to finally say “I Do.”
The couple is reportedly planning to get married on the 4th of July at Madison Square Garden; however, they haven’t confirmed it yet.
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid has been seen answering questions about his invite to the Swift-Kelce wedding a few times in the past couple of weeks, during which he has spoken about trying to cut back on cheeseburgers to fit into his Tuxedo.
When asked about his plans for the wedding again during a recent press conference, Reid refused to talk about it and said:
“Can’t talk about it, can’t talk about it,” Reid said, laughing when asked about a potential invitation to the wedding of the year. “Listen, [Kelce’s] been here most of the offseason, if not the whole offseason. He did the mandatory camp and did a nice job there, so it’s good to have him back in and rolling. He’s very excited.”
“You see no distractions with that and the wedding. If it’s like when I got married, my wife did everything. I just kind of followed her lead on it [and] showed up. Maybe he’s doing more, but he looks like he’s pretty focused in on this job here, too,” he told reporters this week.
Tom Hanks’ Special Marriage Advice to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce
Taylor Swift recently created a feature song called “I Knew It, I Knew You,” for the highly anticipated “Toy Story 5” movie.
At the premiere event, Tom Hanks, who has been married for 38 years, was asked for marriage advice he would give Swift and Kelce ahead of their upcoming summer wedding.
“The man must make the waffles on Sunday,” Hanks said.
Swift and Kelce are among the most popular couples in the world, whose love story started with the Chiefs’ tight end making a friendship bracelet for the “I Knew You Were Trouble” artist.
The two got engaged in August 2025.
