Los Angeles Rams running back Blake Corum is getting ready for a possible Super Bowl appearance as they take on the Seattle Seahawks during the NFC Conference Championship game. Despite this, he still finds some time to get lovestruck by his wife, Makiah.
Makiah Corum posted pictures on Instagram of herself having a nice meal at a restaurant. This is when her NFL star husband chimed in, expressing what he thought of those pictures.
“You’re beautiful my love ❤️,” he commented.

Born Makiah Shipp, she is an activist and author who works towards youth empowerment and has focused on social justice and community building. They met at the University of Michigan and started dating one another in 2022, and they have been together since. They once belonged in different worlds, as Makiah was highly involved with her advocacies and Blake Corum was busy with his football career, but they still managed to make things work.
He proposed to her in June 2024, as he invited her to a rooftop with “MARRY ME” lights illuminating the background before he popped the question. The two eventually got married, with Makiah often being seen during Rams games despite her also being busy with her social justice causes.
How Has Blake Corum Done Vs. Seattle Seahawks?
Meanwhile, as his wife is having dinner, Blake Corum is locking in for Sunday as he takes on the Seattle Seahawks for a ticket to the Super Bowl. But how has Corum done historically against the team?
He has played four games against the Seahawks since 2021 and has had 16.8 rushing yards and has scored one touchdown, which means that yes, he has struggled against Seattle, which is known to have one of the best defenses of any team in the NFL. The Seahawks have only allowed two rushing touchdowns at the most per game this season and have only allowed 91.9 rushing yards per game.
Corum may struggle, but with a chance to play in the Super Bowl on the line, he may need to step up his game.
