“You’re Beautiful”: Bronny James in Awe of Girlfriend Parker Whitfield’s Facecard

While Bronny James has been toiling away in his young NBA career, he’s also had a colorful life away from the hardcourt. On the eve of a pivotal game in the Lakers-Rockets series, Bronny has showcased his romantic side as he commented on an Instagram post by his significant other.

When Bronny’s girlfriend Parker Whitfield uploaded a couple of selfies on her IG account, the Lakers guard was one of the first to post a heartfelt message.

    “You’re beautiful,” Bronny commented.

This is the latest public display of affection between Bronny James and Parker Whitfield, who hard-launched their relationship on Instagram back in October 2024. In the ensuing months, the couple was seen attending events and going on trips with Bronny’s prominent family.

James and Whitfield both attended Sierra Canyon School in Los Angeles. Both of them come from an athletic background: Bronny followed the footsteps of his world-renowned father LeBron James, while Whitfield was a softball player in her own right.

As touching as Bronny’s social media gesture is, he will have to maintain his focus on the Lakers-Rockets series as the purple and gold squad goes for the knockout blow yet again in Game 5. Though the Rockets found themselves against the ropes earlier this week, they managed to resuscitate their playoff hopes by routing the Lakers 115-96 in Game 4.

Houston is still in a precarious position, and should Bronny be given some playing time on Wednesday, he’ll have to make the most of his opportunity and help to put a lot of pressure on the teetering Rockets.

“Gotta Give Him a Lot of Credit”: 4x NBA Champion Gives Props to Bronny James as Playoff Action Heats Up

Bronny James hasn’t been playing a lot of minutes in this first-round series, but for Draymond Green, the 21-year-old has been holding up his end of the bargain.

“Shout out to Bronny. So much criticism for him throughout his career. He’s been the 13th or 15th man all year and he’s playing great playoff minutes. He’s playing great playoff basketball. Gotta give him a lot of credit,” Green said on his self-titled podcast.

Green, a close friend of Bronny’s father LeBron, added that it was “dope” to see the Lakers’ father-son duo playing well alongside each other in this postseason.
