When Seth Curry signed with the Golden State Warriors in the offseason, fans were excited to see him share the court with Steph Curry. However, various injuries have prevented the Curry brothers from playing their first NBA game together as teammates.
Seth’s availability, in particular, has been worrisome for Warriors fans. After all, he has played just two games for Golden State since he signed a rest-of-season deal two months ago. One netizen actually voiced their feelings out loud after revisiting a December 2025 clip that showed Seth warming up on the court.
“Bro it’s been almost 3 months where the hell is he,” this netizen tweeted on Wednesday.
Other fans weighed in, saying that the acquisition of Seth Curry had turned out to be a bad decision by the Warriors front office.
“Lmao season already boutta be over”
“I’m sorry but we wasting our money on this n**ga. Waive him please”
“n**ga decided to play one game and it was OKC and hasn’t played ever since”
And then, there were some fans who expressed sympathy for the 12-year veteran.
“Friend, Sciatica is no joke. Would rather have him fully healthy for the playoffs. He’s a secret weapon”
“We need his shooting where are you bro”
Though Seth Curry has supporters wishing that he’d suit up for the Warriors soon, the latest injury update on the second-generation guard indicates that these fans will have to wait longer. On February 18, the Warriors announced that Curry will be re-evaluated after two weeks as he continues to recover from a “Sciatic nerve-related injury.”

Aside from the two-week timetable, the Warriors also announced some positive developments related to Seth Curry’s recovery.
“Golden State Warriors guard Seth Curry, who has missed the last 24 games due to a Sciatic nerve-related injury, was recently re-evaluated. The re-evaluation indicated that Curry continues to make good progress.”
Curry was also said to “intensify his on-court workouts,” which have now included “live play” as well.
