Spurs vs Thunder Starting Lineups and Depth Charts Tonight (May 26) | Game 5, 2026 Western Conference Finals

The San Antonio Spurs and Oklahoma City Thunder resume their 2026 NBA Western Conference finals series in Tuesday’s Game 5. The Spurs tied it 2-2 after winning Game 4 103-82. It was the best defense they played all series, limiting Oklahoma City to 33.0% shooting from the field.

No other player apart from the reigning MVP, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, scored 15 or more points for the Thunder. Even Gilgeous-Alexander didn’t have the best of nights, scoring only 19 points and seven assists against four turnovers on 6 of 15 shooting.

Meanwhile, Victor Wembanyama bounced back after slightly underwhelming outings in Games 2 and 3. Wembanyama had 33 points, eight rebounds, five assists, three blocks and two steals, shooting 50.0% from the field.

Ahead of Game 5, the Thunder are 5.5-point favorites while the Spurs are +164 to cause an upset. The Thunder have been dominant in bounce-back games all season long, and with home support behind them, they’ve been nearly unstoppable. Game 1 seemed like an anomaly and it took the Spurs two overtimes to hand Oklahoma City a stunning loss.

However, the Thunder are shorthanded, likely missing Jalen Williams and Ajay Mitchell. Williams is questionable for the third straight game with a hamstring injury, while Mitchell is out with a right soleous strain.

Both players could have been critical to their success against San Antonio, so it’s a significant hole for the Thunder to recover from.
