Pistons Injury Report: Duncan Robinson and 2 Others Could Miss Elimination Game 6 vs. Cavaliers Tonight

The Detroit Pistons face massive injury concerns ahead of their 2026 NBA playoffs conference semis elimination Game 6 on Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Pistons could be down three rotation players for this matchup. That list includes key contributors like Duncan Robinson, who’s the team’s third leading scorer in the playoffs and Caris LeVert, who scored 24 points in Game 4 and played 24 minutes in Game 5.

Kevin Huerter is the other player on the report. While he’s played only one game this series, Huerter, if healthy and available, could have been a decent option to use off the bench for his shooting. All three players have been listed as questionable. They have a 50% chance of suiting up and helping the Pistons avoid a second-round exit.

Robinson is dealing with low back soreness. The starter missed Game 5 and it hurt the Pistons, especially their half court offense. Robinson has been their best volume 3-point shooter in the postseason, making 43.6% of his shots from deep on 7.1 attempts. Given the team’s offensive issues, his availability is critical for Game 6, as he’s someone who can ease the pressure off Cade Cunningham from the perimeter.

Meanwhile, LeVert is dealing with a right heel contusion, and Huerter is dealing with a left adductor strain. The Pistons will hope all players are upgraded to available, as they can use any help they need, citing their depth issues and lack of production outside Cade Cunningham and Tobias Harris.

Where to watch Detroit Pistons vs. Cleveland Cavaliers Game 6?

Prime Video will cover Game 6 of the Eastern Conference semis between the Detroit Pistons and Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday. NBA League Pass will stream the contest online live globally. The Pistons are 3.5-point underdogs to save their season.

The Cavaliers’ homecourt advantage gives them the edge. They also have tremendous momentum after winning the last three consecutive games to take the series lead. The Pistons have been dominating first halves, but struggling to hold off the Cavaliers in the final two quarters. If they can show more composure, it won’t take much for them to cause an upset and force a Game 7 on their home floor.
