Zion Williamson’s girlfriend, Ahkeema Love, triggered speculation regarding her pregnancy after she shared pictures of herself wearing a hospital gown on Instagram.
The picture of her in the hospital was followed by a photograph of a large bouquet in her room. The images together led many fans to speculate that Love was pregnant. Reacting to the rumors, she clarified that she is not pregnant, citing the recent birth of her daughters.
“Everybody thought I was pregnant again. Give me some time, I just had two back-to-back,” Love wrote.
She went on to explain that the images were from a surgery she had, expressing how her “new body” is coming.
“I purposely did not exposed I was getting surgery today because you never know what hating a** b**** is around the corner, praying on your downfall. We celebrate in private and I pop my s*** when I want. New body otw.”

Love and Zion Williamson have been together since at least February 2023, which is when the couple made their relationship public, announcing that they were expecting.
Love has given birth to two of Williamson’s daughters since, Azira, born in 2023. Their second daughter was born in 2025. Despite speculation from the fans, it seems Love’s visit to the hospital was for a body transformation surgery. She expressed on Instagram that she plans on documenting the journey on her YouTube channel.
Zion Williamson touches on the most difficult point of his career
Zion Williamson came into the NBA as the No. 1 pick in 2019, shouldering lofty expectations with comparisons to LeBron James. But a string of recurring injuries has held him back from reaching his full potential, contributing to significant criticism for Williamson on social media.
As Williamson has failed to reach the heights many imagined he would, everything from his conditioning, work ethic, and love for the game has been questioned by fans on social media.
Speaking on Monday’s episode of ESPN’s NBA Today, Williamson shared his toughest moment throughout the turmoil of his injuries.
“The most difficult point was when I missed my third year with a broken foot. … There was a lot of criticism on my weight, my care for the game. … I was really low because I just wanted to play basketball.”
Currently in his seventh NBA season, Williamson has yet to record a postseason appearance. He has played 259 games for his career, averaging 24.1 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game.
