    Cavaliers vs. Lakers Preview

The Cleveland Cavaliers have won six of their last seven games. Their competition hasn’t been as strong, but they needed to take care of business nonetheless. The Cavaliers found massive success on the offensive end, posting a 123.4 rating in that span. However, the defense wasn’t always perfect. Cleveland managed a 118.2 rating, the worst among the top half of the league’s best teams.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Lakers have improved to 15-2 over their last 17 games. They are top-five on offense with a 121.1 rating and top-10 on defense with a 111.1 rating. The Lakers have been solid against playoff-contending teams in that stretch, unlike earlier in the season, when most of their wins came against teams under .500.

The Cavaliers would be a solid test for JJ Redick’s team, given their overwhelming physicality that bothered Los Angeles last time.

Luka Doncic is favored to score over 31.5 points.

Donovan Mitchell is favored to make over 2.5 3-pointers.
