Cleveland Cavaliers vs Toronto Raptors Injury Reports and Starting Lineups for Game 6 (May 1) | 2026 NBA Playoffs

The Cleveland Cavaliers will have a prime chance to put their first-round series against the Toronto Raptors to rest in Game 6 on Friday. The Cavaliers will look to carry momentum from their comeback 125-120 win in Game 5, while the Raptors will use home-court advantage to stave off elimination.

Cleveland 3-2 heading into Game 6, but to say that James Harden & Co. do not have any pressure on them would be a stretch, since a loss would force a deciding Game 7 at Rocket Arena on Sunday. Picking up a win on the road has been another tough task for the Cavs. The series has been decidedly in favor of the hosts, as all five games in the series have seen the home team come out victorious.

Toronto almost snatched a win on the road in Game 5, but Dennis Schroder’s fourth-quarter heroics saw Cleveland secure a dramatic win to lead the series. Schroder finished the game with 19 points, with 11 of those coming in the final quarter. Meanwhile, Evan Mobley and James Harden led with 23 points each, while Donovan Mitchell also scored 19 points.

The Raptors’ attempt to take the series took a massive roadblock in the opening quarter, as Brandon Ingram was forced to exit the game with a heel injury. RJ Barrett paced the Raptors with a double-double of 25 points and 12 rebounds, while Ja’Kobe Walter had 20 points. Jamal Shead, Scottie Barnes, and Jakob Poeltl also scored in double figures. With Ingram’s status uncertain, Toronto’s hopes of tying the series and forcing a Game 7 just got tougher.
