The AAC Tournament has reached its semifinals, and the No. 1 South Florida Bulls are taking on the No. 5 Charlotte 49ers as both teams aim for that guaranteed slot in the NCAA National Championship Tournament. The Bulls will be making their tournament debut after getting a three-game bye, while Charlotte is fresh off tournament wins against Tulane and UAB.
The last time these two teams met, South Florida won by a huge margin, 83-60. With the 49ers now on a roll and the Bulls fresh from that three-game bye, it will be interesting to see how this plays out as teams jockey for that NCAA Tournament spot.

Several Bulls players were in double figures, including Wes Enis, who had 20 points, seven rebounds and six assists, as well as Izaiyah Nelson, who had ten points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals.

While Charlotte has been red-hot in the tournament, the No. 1 South Florida Bulls have proven to be consistent. Now that they are well-rested, they should be able to handle the 49ers once again, so this should result in a South Florida win.
