    Jayden Schaper is a South African golfer who has recently made it to the Official World Ranking top 50 after his impressive outing at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic 2026. He had a fabulous time playing in the DP World Tour event, which was held from January 22 to 25 in Dubai.

    He settled in a tie for fourth place and jumped from 59th place in the OWGR to 50th. It is his best OWGR ranking so far.

    Born on 15 March 2001, Jayden Schaper grew up playing golf at his home course, Ebotse Golf Estate. He was initially coached by his father, Ryan. He had a successful time playing at the junior level and won the Junior Players Championship in 2019, and a year later, he turned pro. He was the Sunshine Tour Rookie of the Year for the 2020–21 season.

    Jayden Schaper made the headlines last month after he won the Alfred Dunhill Championship. He defeated Shaun Norris in a playoff to win the event. He also won the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open last month by defeating Ryan Gerand in a playoff. After his fabulous time last season, the South African golfer continues to have an impressive time playing in this week’s event.
