KGC member Byeong Hun An shares excitement for the new LIV Golf season

Byeong Hun An is getting ready to play his first LIV Golf season. The season will officially start on Thursday, and ahead of that, on Monday, the Saudi players attended a pre-tournament press conference. An Hun reflected on his excitement to play in the series.
“The priority is to play good golf,” he said. “I’ve known it for a long time, so it didn’t feel awkward with me a couple weeks ago in the media week. We’re all good friends. I’ve known them for a long time. So I feel very comfortable even though it’s my first week, or it’s my rookie year.
“It’s nice to have. I know a lot of players because as a team we will travel together a lot, we will spend time together a lot. If you don’t do that with people you like, then it’s going to be hard. I’m looking forward to it. We’re all good friends, and hopefully we can play good golf. I’m very excited for the season. It’s my first year; feels like the first school year,” he added.

Byeong Hun An played the last season on the PGA Tour, and he had some notable finishes. He played in 27 events and made the cut in 19 of them. He was tied for eighth place at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, T6 at the RBC Canadian Open, and T4 at the Baycurrent Classic. He is now looking forward to his journey on the new circuit.
Meanwhile, Brooks Koepka and Patrick Reed have left LIV Golf ahead of the new season. They are planning to play on the PGA Tour.
