Charley Hull is currently on a break from golf. She is without a doubt one of the biggest golfers in the industry, and the last time she was on the course, she was in incredible form during the last few events of 2025. Aside from golf, Hull has recently revealed a new side of herself, in which she is seen relaxing while dressed up in a fancy restaurant.
On January 23, the golfer posted an Instagram post in which she can be seen wearing a black dress with a thin white line along the borders. Hull was sitting in a classy restaurant, holding the menu. In one of the photos, she can even be seen posing with the menu. Interestingly, Hull noted in the caption of this Instagram image that she does not always enjoy golf and sometimes prefers to sip wine and have dinner. The caption read.
“Not always ⛳️. Sometimes wine & dine. 🍷🍝”
Charley Hull also reposted this Instagram post on her IG story, and while she did not add any further captions, the golfer did include background music, “Diet Pepsi” by Addison Rae. Here’s a look at that story as well:

While Hull has claimed that she has not always been interested in golf, she has also published another Instagram story following this one in which she shows off her practice. The 29-year-old golfer can be seen in a blue tracksuit swinging at the ball. She also stated in the caption of this IG story that this was the final swing of her session. The caption reads:
“That’s me done for the day.”

Although Hull can be seen practicing well for the 2026 season, interestingly, she has once stated that she has little to no interest in training for the game.
Charley Hull once said that she had “zero interest” in golf instruction

Charley Hull was a pre-event fan favourite at the 2025 PIF Saudi Ladies International, and as a result, she was interviewed extensively. Hull claimed in an interview with Sky Sports that she does not enjoy golf training and prefers to train her body and mind like an athlete. This was the same interview in which she disclosed her goal of decreasing her 5 km run time by 2025.
According to Sky Sports, she stated,
“My main goal actually isn’t on the golf course. I want to try and get my 5k run time down to 20 minutes by the end of the year. It’s around 26 minutes at the moment. I don’t train in golf. I have zero interest in training in golf. I don’t want to just be a golfer. I want to be an athlete. I train because it’s good for my mental health and it’s good for me. I just enjoy it as a hobby.”
Charley Hull’s first tournament of the 2026 season is going to be the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, which will kick off on January 29 at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club.
