A little bit of that intense training rubbed off on her friends during a trip.
On Saturday, Feb. 7, Chase’s friend, Corey Seager’s wife, Madisyn Seager, took to her Instagram to share a picture from a recent trip featuring a plank session. In the photo, Seager, Bellinger and their friends, Sarah Murphy and Morgan Frantz, could be seen working out together.
Seager didn’t seem to be too in on the exercise, captioning the picture as:
“When Chase forced us into a plank/pushup circuit.”
The hilarious caption got an instant reaction from Chase, who reshared it on her account. She acknowledged turning the trip into a fitness retreat.
“Seems like a common theme of planks on this trip,” she wrote.
Chase Bellinger and Madisyn Seager have been friends since the former started dating the star outfielder in 2020. That was the second-to-last season of Cody and Corey sharing the Los Angeles Dodgers clubhouse. Corey Seager would relocate to play for the Texas Rangers, while Cody Bellinger has played for the Chicago Cubs and the New York Yankees since 2023.

After the announcement, Chase Bellinger shared a heartwarming picture of her husband holding their two daughters, Caiden and Cy, in front of Yankee Stadium as an out of focus Chase smiled right behind them.
Bellinger seemed like a perfect fit in the Bronx from the moment he was traded from the Chicago Cubs last season. He blossomed into becoming Aaron Judge’s deputy, hitting at .272 with 29 home runs and 98 RBIs with an .813 OPS. His stellar defense in the outfield also helped him finish 14th in the American League MVP voting.
