Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever have had to navigate multiple internal issues in their squad. Head coach Stephanie White has unfortunately been on the receiving end of a lot of criticism all throughout this season. Her public disagreements, which have led to on-court arguments, are one of the major reasons for all the speculation.
A lot of people in the media have been talking about Caitlin Clark and Indiana Fever’s struggles. Renowned sports journalist Jason Whitlock has dedicated a space in his content to follow Caitlin and the Fever’s journey this season. He has often taken a stand for Caitlin and has shared that she needs a coach who can bring out the best in Clark. Whitlock believes that Stephanie White is not that coach.
After Fever’s win over the Chicago Sky, Whitlock noticed something strange about Clark’s body language. He compared Caitlin with Oklahoma City Thunder’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. However, it was not in praise.
“Caitlin Clark was a really hard watch yesterday. She’s untouched here, throws a tantrum, draws a tech. Her body language all game awful. Foul-baiting as much as SGA. Hard watch,” Whitlock posted.
Caitlin Clark got into foul trouble when the referee did not meet her eye to eye. She thought she had been stopped illegally, but the referee did not call a foul. Clark swiped her hand in the air with anger and received a technical foul. Stephanie White also received a technical foul after protesting on behalf of Aliyah Boston.

Sydney Taylor for the Sky scored 30 points, as Skylar Diggins had 21 points. Azura Stevens, Kamilla Cardoso and Jacy Sheldon also had 10 points each. But it was not enough.
For the Fever, Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston both had impressive double-doubles. Clark had 32 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists. Boston had 34 points, 12 rebounds and 3 assists. Kelsey Mitchell also contributed with 19 points.
