Indiana Fever guard Lexie Hull shared a decade-old picture on social media, highlighting what she believes is the best decision she made alongside her sister, Lacie Hull.
The sisters committed to play college basketball for the Stanford Cardinal together. After the pair committed to the college, the Fever guard shared the moment on her Instagram account.
She highlighted the same post on her story on Thursday:
“The best decision 10 years ago @lacie.hull,” Hull wrote.

Lacie and Lexie Hull both played as guards for Stanford, spending four full seasons with the team. The Fever star played 127 games, averaging 11.1 points and 5.2 rebounds. Meanwhile, Lacie averaged 4.1 ppg and 2.8 rpg through 134 matchups.
Hull earned much praise for her play in college and was selected to three All-Pac-12 and three Pac-12 All-Defensive teams. The sisters played a key role in the 2020-21 season, leading the Cardinal to the NCAA title.
This marked the team’s first title win since 1992 and third in team history. Stanford has failed to replicate its success since the Hull sisters left in 2022. Lexie Hull was drafted sixth overall in the 2022 draft and has since been with the Indiana Fever.
She has played 134 WNBA games, averaging 5.5 points and 3.0 rebounds. While her stats won’t blow anyone away, Hull’s two-way play has proven key for the Fever.
Lexie Hull faces an uncertain future with the Indiana Fever
Lexie Hull played out the last year of her rookie deal with the Indiana Fever, meaning that she is a restricted free agent in 2026.
Hull’s hustle on the court and invaluable two-way play have helped her win over the team’s fans. She played a key part in the playoffs last season as the Fever found themselves just one win away from reaching the WNBA Finals.
The qualities she displayed during the postseason could make her a target for many ahead of the 2026 season.
However, with the WNBPA and the WNBA agreeing to a moratorium, free agency has been brought to a halt. So fans will have to wait and see where Hull ends up next season.
Hull is participating in the Unrivaled League’s second season, playing for Rose BC. She has played three games, averaging 7.7 ppg, 5.0 rpg and 2.3 spg.
