She underwent a minor procedure in April 2026 to remove hardware from her foot. Fans on social media have criticized Carrington for her absence and her rumored relationship with Jackie Young.

“Get off your burners and stop speaking on s*** you know nothing about and making up fan fiction before I air everybody out,” Carrington wrote.
