WATCH: Travis Hunter’s Brother Shines in Youth Football Tournament

Before Travis Hunter became a Heisman Trophy winner and a potential No. 1 draft pick, he refined his skills with Cam Newton’s C1N, an Elite 7-on-7 football program designed to help develop younger talents.

Hunter is coming off arguably his best year yet in college, and one that put him in a great spot for a very high NFL Draft spot. He is a great receiver, as evidenced by his 1,258 yards and 15 touchdowns.

What made Hunter so special was that he also had a terrific season as a defender, picking up 35 tackles and 11 passes defended, including one forced fumble and four interceptions.

Hunter went on to have an amazing college career and is poised to be a breakout star at the next level. Now, history appears to be repeating itself with Travis’s younger brother, Trayvis, making a name for himself in the same place.

Travis Hunter’s Brother, Trayvis, Shines in Youth Football Tournament

In a video that circulated on X, Trayvis caught a deep touchdown pass from his quarterback and made it look easy. The 15-year-old standout wide receiver delivered a massive performance in the game, catching two touchdown passes against the City Reapers.

He had a similar electric pace to Travis and precise route-running, similar to his older brother, as well. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree hear, as Trayvis looked just like Travis running the routes, finding soft spots in defenses, and exposing and disrupting the opposing defensive schemes.

Trayvis didn’t just impress with his skill, but also his personality. After he caught each pass, he hit a nice little dance, which reminded fans of Travis’ extra flare on the field. Very similar to Travis, Trayvis maintains a mature and focused mindset while having some fun on the field.

Trayvis was asked by reporters about his first touchdown catch.

“I was just focused on catching the ball,” Trayvis said.

This type of response at 15 years old shows reporters he is mature and wise beyond his years. It helps to have a superstar brother, but Trayvis is picking up exactly where Travis left off.
