San Antonio Spurs vs Minnesota Timberwolves Starting Lineups Tonight (May 10) | Game 4, 2026 NBA Playoffs

The San Antonio Spurs hold a 2-1 series lead in the Western Conference Semifinals after dominating the Minnesota Timberwolves in a 115-108 Game 3 win. With Game 4 set for tonight at Target Center, San Antonio has a chance to take full control of the series, while the Timberwolves look to respond and avoid falling into a 3-1 hole.

San Antonio has been the better team structurally. After dropping Game 1, they returned with a statement performance in Game 2, outplaying the Timberwolves and shutting down all the starters under 12 points.

Victor Wembanyama remains one of San Antonio’s most reliable threats, and it was once again his dominance that made the difference in Game 3 as he controlled both ends of the court and found himself in very elite company.

He is now just the fifth player ever in NBA history to record 39 points, 15 rebounds and five blocks in a playoff game. The list of names he joins is ridiculous. His name sits alongside Shaquille O’Neal, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Hakeem Olajuwon and Wilt Chamberlain, per Stathead.

The Timberwolves are still searching for solutions to stop Wembanyama after dropping back-to-back games in the series, a stretch that has exposed one of the team’s most pressing issues, a lack of scoring depth.

Anthony Edwards, who has been dealing with injuries this season, took the game toe-to-toe with 32 points, 14 rebounds and six assists. Naz Reid scored 18 points off the bench, while Jaden McDaniels had 17. Julius Randle, Rudy Gobert and Ayo Dosunmu also ended up in double figures but couldn’t turn it into a winning result.

The Timberwolves are facing more than just a deficit, they’re facing a team that appears to have cracked their formula. Unless something changes soon, San Antonio’s disciplined style gives them the clear edge heading into Game 4.
