The Phoenix Suns continue their 2026 NBA playoffs first-round series against the OKC Thunder in Wednesday’s Game 2. The Suns face major concerns for this clash as three key rotation players have been listed on the injury report.
Mark Williams headlines it again as the starting center, who missed Game 1, is questionable. Williams is dealing with a left foot third metatarsal stress reaction, which saw him miss the last two games, including the eighth-seed play-in tournament game vs. the Golden State Warriors.
Williams could be a key contributor due to his paint protection and scoring against OKC, so the Suns will hope the offseason trade acquisition is available at near full strength to suit up.
Meanwhile, Jordan Goodwin, who was out for the rest of Game 1 after playing five minutes, is also questionable. Goodwin is dealing with left calf soreness. As one of the Suns’ better point-of-attack defenders, Goodwin’s absence could be critical, especially as the Thunder desperately need to make things difficult for Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
Grayson Allen is the other player on the Suns’ injury report. Allen is questionable to return after missing the last four games, including Phoenix’s regular season finale against OKC, play-in games against the Trail Blazers and Warriors and Game 1 of this series. Allen is dealing with a left hamstring strain.
All of the Phoenix Suns’ injured players are likely to be game-time decisions.
