Justin Thomas appears to have taken a massive step similar to Tommy Fleetwood, regarding their long-term apparel partner. A few weeks ago, Fleetwood ended a multimillion-dollar, multiyear contract with Nike that shocked the entire golf world. Following this, Thomas is the next golfer who has terminated his recent deal with his apparel brand, Greyson Clothiers.
After his contract with Ralph Lauren expired in March 2022, Justin Thomas signed a massive contract with Greyson Clothiers, becoming one of the brand’s biggest faces. The golfer served as the brand’s ambassador, as his contract was not only for sporting gear but also personal apparel, based on his lifestyle and originality. Interestingly, he is not only a face and ambassador for the Greyson brand, but also an investor in it.
Justin Thomas was a part of Greyson Clothiers’ last Series A capital investment, giving the company $20 million. Despite all of this, Thomas was not spotted wearing the brand during his latest appearance at the TGL, and he was also removed from the brand’s official website, implying that the two parties’ contract had expired. NUCLR Golf posted about the changes on their X page, with a post that read,
“❌👕🐺 #READ — Justin Thomas appears to have split from longtime apparel partner Greyson Clothiers, with the company’s logo absent from his clothing at TGL last night, and he has been removed from their website…”
Thomas recently made a comeback to the game after being sidelined due to a back surgery, which he underwent in November 2025. Since his comeback, there have been rumors concerning changes in his swing, which the golfer recently addressed.
Justin Thomas claims not a lot changed for him after the surgery

Justin Thomas underwent a microdiscectomy to repair a disc condition in his back that had been causing him discomfort for a long time. As a result, he missed many events in late 2025 and early 2026 in order to rest and heal properly. During a press conference at TGL on February 23, Thomas discussed the changes that occurred in his playing following surgery.
The golfer noted that not much has changed for him, other than modest adjustments to his game. He explained:
“Not a lot. I’m still going to have a lot of the same DNA and characteristics. I think there are maybe little things that have maybe changed over the last couple of years that could have potentially caused an injury. But a lot of it is just wear and tear for all of us. I’ve done a lot of reading and research, and understanding that a lot of golfers have a very similar situation, but it affects everybody totally differently. Some people have no nerve pain.”
Thomas also expressed how he is amused at the fact that he underwent back surgery before his father.
