AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am 2026 is teeing off on Thursday, February 12 at the iconic Pebble Beach Golf Links in California. The event, first of the PGA Tour season’s Signature Events, will have 80 pro golfers teeing it up alongside a list of amateurs and celebrities to compete for the $20 million prize purse.
The Pebble Beach event field is headlined by the likes of Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) No.1 Scottie Scheffler, No.2 Rory McIlroy and No.3 Justin Rose. Notably, 42 of the top 50 ranked players will be at the event. Not surprisingly, the top-rated golfers are also the safest bets for Daily Fantasy Golf.
AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am DFS Preview 2026
Listed below are popular picks and fades for the Pebble Beach event (as per Betsperts Golf):
Play: Scottie Scheffler – $14,000
Scottie Scheffler enters the Pebble Beach weekend on the back of a T3 finish at the WM Phoenix Open. The reigning Open champion came in at roughly 26 per cent ownership during the Scottsdale weekend. Owing to his favorable result, the golfer is predicted to be significantly more popular this week. The ace golfer will have a reduced salary and plenty of viable roster construction options around him with guaranteed four rounds of play.
Pebble Beach Pro-Am 2026 Power Rankings: Expert Picks, Predictions, and More
Play: Xander Schauffele – $9,100
Xander Schauffele is struggling on the PGA Tour this year despite having a strong 2025. The ace golfer missed cut two weeks ago at the Farmers Insurance Open in San Diego, ending the fifth-longest cuts made streak on the circuit. He followed it up with a T-41 at last week’s WM Phoenix Open.
Notably, the 32-year-old golfer gained 4.7 strokes, including 2.4 on approach, over the last weekend. He is dubbed a favorable pick this weekend by Betsperts Golf due to his positive statistics despite unfavorable results.
Play: Sepp Straka – $7,700
Sepp Straka tees up at Pebble Beach on the back of a T-18 finish in Phoenix. Interestingly, the Austrian gained 3.8 strokes on approach over the four-day event. It is pertinent to note that the 32-year-old is ranked fifth in the field in strokes gained in signature events over the past 18 months, gaining 1.22 per round. Betsperts Golf Rabbit Hole predicts Straka to capitalize on the week where being able to spike on approach is vital.
AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am picks 2026: Best odds and betting tips revealed
Fade: Hideki Matsuyama – $9,200
Hideki Matsuyama lost the WM Phoenix Open title in a playoff last Sunday. The short-game specialist, gaining 10.9 strokes while losing nearly five off the tee, lost to Chris Gotterup in the end. However, Pebble Beach is expected to allow the Japanese star to club down on many holes while the greens limits his ability to separate from the field with chipping skills. He’s finished 48th and 71st here over the past two years.
Fade: Michael Thorbjornsen – $8,600
Michael Thorbjornsen impressed in Phoenix, tying for third-place with Scottie Scheffler. However, the 24-year-old’s many strengths are expected to be lightened due to the Pebble Beach setup. The golfer, who turned pro in 2024, has underperformed on shorter, less-than-driver courses. Notably, he ranks near bottom of the field in approach play from the 50-150-yard wedge ranges.
