The Eastern Michigan 2024 football schedule begins in a familiar fashion, with an out-of-conference foe they’ve faced for the past three seasons. The Eagles will look to win a fourth consecutive game against the UMass Minutemen, a program joining the MAC in 2025. Creighton’s team should expect a win against St. Francis and can compete against Jacksonville State.
With the Washington Huskies being a probable loss, there is a chance that Eastern Michigan enters MACtion with a 3-1 record. The Eagles may need that base of wins to lean on to reach the postseason once more. Their conference schedule could prove difficult to overcome, with some of the best teams and very little reprieve.
The Eagles will have to overcome the last two conference champions and three teams that have played in the last two championship games. The reigning champion Miami (OH) RedHawks visit “The Factory” in early October, while the Toledo Rockets come to town in early November. The combatants of the Michigan MAC Trophy comprise the remaining home games.
