Per RAnalytics, Cade Harris also checked in with 20.7 mph. The Falcons receiver marked the first time we’ve seen an Air Force player on our countdown, but likely not our last.
T8) Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State: 20.7 mph
A simple slant route went the distance for Jayden Higgins as the Iowa State WR is the first of two Cyclones on the list this week. Higgins reached 20.7 mph on his 67-yard touchdown reception.
T8) Ulysses Bentley IV, RB, Ole Miss: 20.7 mph
The first of two Ole Miss Rebels on our countdown this week, Ulysses Bentley IV hit 20.7 mph as he sped past the LSU defense. Bentley impressively bounced a carry off to the right side after breaking a tackle and then hit his top speed.
7) Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama: 20.8 mph
It’s safe to say Jalen Milroe can fly, especially after he flew past the Mississippi State defense on Saturday. Milroe hit 20.8 mph on the ground, blitzing past defenders in the process on his long touchdown.
T5) Jalen Coker, WR, Holy Cross: 20.9 mph
Speed kills and Jaden Coker found himself open and in the end zone because of it. Coker ran through the Harvard defense and then past the Crimson as he hit 20.9 mph on this 74-yard touchdown reception.
T5) Jaylin Noel, WR, Iowa State: 20.9 mph
Iowa State gave the Sooners defense fits with their speed on the backend on Saturday and Jaylin Noel flashed his elite in-game speed in the process. Noel ran away from defenders and into the endzone on a 51-yard touchdown reception that saw him hit 20.9 mph.
4) Tahj Washington, WR, USC: 21.1 mph
The USC Trojans have plenty of speed and Tahj Washinton is a big reason for that. On a scramble drill, Caleb Williams found Washington downfield and the speedster did the rest. Washington topped 21.1 mph on the radar as he beat the Colorado defense.
3) Jordan Watkins, WR, Ole Miss: 21.2 mph
Making a name for himself this season, Jordan Watkins proved he has top-notch speed against LSU. Watkins found a hole in zone coverage and Jaxson Dart rifled a throw through the defense. Doing the rest by himself, Watkins his 21.2 mph as he sprinted past the Tigers.
2) Sone Ntoh, RB, Monmouth: 21.5 mph
Torching Lehigh, Sone Ntoh and Monmouth ran wild on Saturday. Ntoh topped the charts at 21.5 mph on this long touchdown run that saw him simply outrun everyone on the field.
1) Ray Davis, RB, Kentucky: 21.7 mph
What a dominant showing it was for Ray Davis. In historic fashion, Davis ran all over the Florida Gators on Saturday, including this 75-yard touchdown run that saw Davis hit 21.7 mph in the process.
