Football season is fully upon us, with both the NFL and the NCAA seeing action this weekend. Haley Cavinder couldn’t be happier, with the former Miami Hurricanes basketball player ready to support her fiancé, tight end Jake Ferguson, and the Dallas Cowboys.
In Cavinder’s latest Instagram reel, she can be seen at a VIP suite at AT&T Stadium, the home of the Dallas Cowboys, enjoying the matchup vs Atlanta Falcons. While she puts on a Cowboys hat, the following voiceover plays:
“cowboys, because no woman has ever dreamed about being swept off her feet by an accountant.”
(AC/DC’s Thunderstruck playing immediately after)
She named the reel:
“Mood when football is back”
while putting a blunt three-word caption to the post:
“Americas team > #cowboys”

Cavinder and Ferguson started dating in September 2023, as she was taking a break from college basketball alongside twin sister Hanna Cavinder. The couple got engaged in April of this year. Ferguson is a former Wisconsin Badger who was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
What’s Haley Cavinder Up To After Leaving College?
Haley Cavinder and sister Hanna spent the better part of their college careers positioning themselves as pioneers of the NIL space. Now that they played their final season for the Miami Hurricanes, the pair has pivoted entirely to lifestyle influencer and entrepreneur mode.
Their most important project at the moment is a fitness app called “TWOgether,” in which, through gym routines designed and led by them, they help customers reach their fitness goals.
They’re also leveraging their brand as fitness influencers to land important marketing campaigns, most recently with Under Armour and DICK’S Sporting Goods. They’ll be the face of the ‘How To Be An NIL Influencer in 7 Easy Steps’ campaign for both companies. The twin sisters have already been seen in multiple instances rocking Under Armour apparel.
The campaign is designed to highlight them as pioneer entrepreneurs in college sports, taking advantage of the new opportunities NIL is giving student athletes.
