The No. 3 UConn Huskies (30-3, 18-0) are on a roll, winning nine straight games as they look to lock up the Big East Tournament in the final against the No. 22 Creighton Bluejays (26-5, 16-2) Monday night.
As the team looks forward to the big game, the Big East’s social media page had superstar senior guard Paige Bueckers, senior guard Azzi Fudd, and sophomore forward Ice Brady react to head coach Geno Auriemma’s outfits throughout the years. They weren’t impressed.

The superstar trio reacted to a series of photos of coach Auriemma over the years, including one of him wearing shorts.
“I don’t think that eats,” Bueckers proclaimed.

After seeing a photo of her coach wearing a quarter zip polo and sweatpants, Bueckers pronounced the old Auriemma “young and handsome,” calling the style “rugby-ish.” Ultimately, the trio decided this look was their favorite.
Bueckers also made fun of the coach for his (current) inability to squat, saying, “he could not do that now.”
The trio disliked some of Auriemma’s old tie choices, going after his choice of a checkered tie, two ties they thought looked like ribbon, and another that had CDs on it.
UConn is currently projected as the top No. 2 seed in the upcoming NCAA Tournament, according to ESPN bracketologist Charlie Creme. A win against Creighton could propel them above Texas for the fourth No. 1 seed.

The Huskies have faced off with the Bluejays twice this season, scoring 72 in both games and winning by a combined 30 points. Freshman forward Sarah Strong led the charge in both games, with 26 and 22, respectively.
This season, Bueckers leads UConn in points, averaging 18.8, with 4.4 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and two steals. She and the Huskies look to finish Big East play strong, where they’ve been undefeated (18-0) thus far this season.
