Novak Djokovic’s private retreat in Serbia can now be rented on a per-night basis. The luxurious property is located on the shores of the picturesque Pavlovac Lake in the northwestern region of the country and people signing up for a stay here will be required to cough up just under a whopping US$17,600 for a night.
For years, the former World No. 1 in men’s singles tennis and 24-time Major champion used to stay at the private retreat whenever he needed to stay away from the spotlight. However, now that he and his family have relocated to Greece, the 12,900 square feet property, inclusive of 8 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, private swimming pool, a gym and a tennis court, is up for rent.

Djokovic’s relocation to Greece with his family stemmed from political tensions in Serbia. With the 38-year-old openly voicing his support for the students who were protesting against the Serbian government on grounds of corruption and misgovernance, he was made the subject of a smear campaign by the nation’s mostly government-controlled media. The campaign led to the vilification of not just the World No. 4, but also some of his family members.
The move to Greece also orchestrated Djokovic’s participation at the inaugural edition of the 2025 Hellenic Championship in Athens; a direct replacement of the ATP 250 tournament previously held in Belgrade, Serbia. Here, the legendary Serb won the 101st singles title of his career.
Novak Djokovic To Miss Adelaide International In Buildup To Australian Open 2026
Djokovic’s name was on the list of players who had signed up to play at the 2026 Adelaide International, an annual ATP 250 hardcourt event that takes place in the buildup to the Australian Open. However, the Serb recently announced his withdrawal from the tournament, citing a lack of physical preparedness.
As things stand, the 38-year-old is set to appear for his first competitive outing in the 2026 tennis season directly at the upcoming Australian Open in Melbourne. The record 10-time Australian Open champion reached the semifinals of the hardcourt Major last year, but retired mid-match against Alexander Zverev with an injury. He was heavily jeered off the court by the Melbourne crowd.
Djokovic also made it to the semifinals of the French Open, Wimbledon Championships and US Open in 2026. However, against Jannik Sinner at Roland Garros and SW19, and against Carlos Alcaraz at Flushing Meadows, he came up second best.
